They have made 5 mistakes on my renters insurance account in less then 4 months i have given them a final warning if they screw up again i will drop there service and find another provider. UPDATE : I ended my account with Allstate since they lied and said i did not make a payment when i have paper work to prove it. They main guy who set up my account would not call me back waited till the end of the day to have another agent call me. So i walked down the road from them went to StateFarm they set up my auto pay in mins on the date that i wanted it to be and found out there 2 bucks cheaper then allstate. Save your time and money.
